Title:  Territory Mgr - NSW Central Coast

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Territory Manager to join our Field Sales team and manage key relationships across NSW Central Coast, representing our iconic brands in key grocery outlets.  We’re looking to hire an individual who thrives in a role that offers both autonomy in driving excellence and results in your assigned territory, but also working as part of a broader team to ensure success for the state.  You will be an experienced Territory Manager with a strong track record of performance in a similar role.


About the role:
You will be a part of our success by: -

  • Managing an assigned sales territory (NSW Central Coast including Gosford, Erina, Tuggerah, Lake Munmorah up to Mount Hutton, driving the performance of the Kellogg's portfolio across key grocery outlets
  • Develop and maintain strong and long-term customer partnerships
  • Complete field reporting and increased promotional effectiveness
  • Utilise initiative, planning, time management and selling skills to identify opportunities to increase sales and ensure maximum return from your total territory


Skills, experience & attributes sought:

  • Sales experience gained from FMCG or Grocery is a strong preference 
  • Strengths in developing new customer relationships and servicing the existing client base
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with a proven ability to successfully juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-managed and motivated
  • Pride in your role and passion for representing the Kellogg brands across Breakfast and Snacks categories  
  • Clean driver’s licence
