Title:  Total Rewards Compensation Consultant


As a Total Rewards Compensation Consultant, in Human Resources at Kellogg’s, you will bring to life compensation programs and policy changes that enrich our employees and their experiences at work.  You’ll primarily lead the development of compensation strategy in our Financial Health pillar as part of the broader Total health team that helps our employees become financially sound, emotionally secure, physically well, and socially connected.

Compensation Analysis – Work with our GBS team on pricing jobs, region leadership on our annual incentive plan design, sales leadership on our sales incentive plan, and HR business partners on compensation recommendations.

Participant Education – Develop and lead internal trainings/webinars on our compensation programs and philosophy to educate our employee base.

Improve Employee Experience – Provide additional tools and resources on current programs to improve value and utilization. Build efficiencies into our offerings, processes, and user experience.




  • Experience with compensation program design and administration
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced Powerpoint skills
  • Experience managing projects
  • Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and accommodate extended hours and out of town travel as needed
