Our colleagues in the Italy Sales team are looking for a new Revenue Growth Manager Trainee Kellogg’s Brands.

 

The Revenue Growth Manager Trainee will be in charge of supporting the Revenue Growth Manager producing meaningful analysis concerning price, promo, PPA, mix and Trade Strategies in order to drive insightful business decisions in line with Cereals & Wholesome Snack strategy.

 

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Creates reports in order to evaluate/assess sales performance and helps Senior Category Manager in providing recommendations to improve category performance and profitability
  • Support the Revenue Growth Manager in building and presents guidelines for promotions and trade strategies
  • Supports Senior Category Manager in finding pricing opportunities in the market
  • Provides analysis to support/recommend PPA projects
  • Support the Revenue Growth Manager with analysis to facilitate decision-making process concerning mix & promo optimization
  • Supports Senior Category Manager for price/promo analysis in order to optimize the category plans
  • Develops/adapts tools aligned with the European processes in order to support the Italian local requirements and needs
  • Contributes to spreading across the organization P&L and tools knowledge

 

 YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Strong analytical skills and P&L understanding
  • Collaborate easily with the different functions (Sales, Category, Marketing, Finance, CBU...) to achieve the objectives/results
  • Ability to communicate & present clearly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint), Internal and External Database sources (Nielsen, IRI)
  • Positive proactive approach
  • Fluent in English
  • Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, Finance, Management Engineering or similar
  • Previous similar experience in RGM or finance preferable
