Title:  Key Account Manager

Our colleagues in the Sales team are looking for a new Sales Manager National Accounts.
As we’re putting our hearts and souls into the future of food we’ll be looking at you to build a strong and sustainable relationship to ensure a profitable development of all Kellogg brands as well as to achieve annual customer goals by implementing agreed actions and marketing strategies.


•    Deliver annual targets on customer level (NSV, GP, NSV/kg)  
•    Excellent execution of marketing and customer plans 
•    Implement Kellogg Marketing strategies and work closely with RGM Team
•    Ensure implementation of agreed plans and actions
•    Improve customer relationship and build distribution for whole Kellogg assortment
•    Run annual negotiations on local and international level and optimize output 
•    Alignment with international customers teams on plans, promotions etc.
•    Accurate reflection of customer planning in all aspects in K-tie
•    Monitor competitor activities and submit possible actions

•    University Degree or comparable degree with focus on Sales or Business Administration
•    More than 5 years of experience in a FMCG environment and Key Account Management 
•    Excellent understanding of Austrian trade environment and KAM ways of working
•    Excellent knowledge of Austrian retail structure  
•    Good trade economic and communication/presentation capabilities 
•    Strong customer orientation and relationship
•    Advanced knowledge in volume / sales planning
•    Entrepreneurship combined with „hands-on“ mentality
•    High degree of results orientation, focus on delivering quarterly results, organizing to win
•    High flexibility, team worker, self-reliance as well as effective/efficient working-style
•    Proven team management skills 
•    Fluent German and English skills
