Title:  Maintenance Planning Engineer

Our colleagues in the Wrexham Plant in the Maintenance department – are looking for a new Maintenance Planning Engineer.

We’re looking for a curious mind that will have the main objective to prioirtise the work and create achievable daily / weekly and shutdown Maintenance plans, by ensuring all necessary labour, parts and materials are prepared and organised for the tasks. 
Working alongside another Maintenance planning engineer they are accountable for maintenance planning for the whole site. Planning work for 50 shift craft, on-site and external contractors.

As we’re putting our hearts and souls into the future of food, we’ll be looking at you to do the management of contractors working in area ensuring they comply with all site systems and procedures, to work with Maintenance Manager to ensure compliance to Plant KPI metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and be accountable for ensuring maintenance backlog is controlled to support reduction in unplanned losses. 

Our Maintenance Planning Engineer role is set up to work with Technology Owners, Craft Lead Manager, BU Managers, Scheduling and HSQE. In your role you will be tasked to work effectively with the rest of the Technical team to ensure that maintenance plans, in terms of workload, prioritisation and resources are aligned across the site.

With previous experience in Reliability Maintenance techniques and SAP-PM system and Time Served craftsmen and desirable - degree in engineering or equivalent, you will be starting as Maintenance Planning Engineer but will be poised for a great career development as we focus on nurturing your talent and empowering you to follow your career.
