HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING  

 

  • Employee Liaison We want someone who loves building rapport and positive relationships. Youll serve as the initial point of contact for HR questions and inquiries by all levels of employees. 
  • Collaboration is Key- Supporting HR business partners and Kellogg Work Systems Centers of Excellence by assisting with administration relating to Technician Training Program, qualifications, HR metrics reporting, Family Medical Leave, (FMLA), short/ long term disability case management, and the Return to Work process. 
  • Set the Pace Getting things off to a great start is key. You’ll assist with coordinating the job posting process with operations for hourly roles and related activities to include candidate screening administration, testing, and coordinating new hire orientation.
  • Fresh Thinking A continuous improvement mindset is what we are looking for. Youll identify and recommend process improvements to simplify various HR processes. 
  • Owner’s Mindset Youll help drive the employee engagement program for the plant and look to drive engagement within the salaried and hourly workforce. 

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS 

 

  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Prior HR experience with strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures 
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite 
  • Ability to work flexible hours, as needed
