Title:  Corporate Communication and Public Affairs Intern ( September- December 2021)

Our colleagues in the Communication team are looking for a new Corporate Communication and Public Affairs Intern

AND WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE? 

 
As a fully integrated member of your team, you will work closely with all departments and with our European teams in Dublin as a Corporate Communications and Public Affairs Assistant
In this capacity, you will be responsible for:  

 

Internal communication 

  • Organisation of annual conventions in France and BeNeLux 
  • Writing for and animating our internal communications tools: yammer and teams 

External communication 

  • Animation of social networks (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) 
  • Drafting of press releases and coordination of journalists 

You will be working on cross-functional projects, notably on our employer branding campaign and the deployment of our CSR strategy

 

WHAT SKILLS AND QUALITIES ARE NEEDED? 

 

You are a student doing a Master's degree in Communication at a business school or university and looking for an internship  as part of your academic year.

Your autonomy, rigour, curiosity and your ability to take initiatives will be real assets for the success of your missions.  

You are fluent in English, Dutch and French, both written and spoken. 

Finally, you are at ease with IT tools and in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
