We are looking for Field Sales Representatives to cover the below regions:

1.         Flandre Occidentale + west Hainaut

2.         Flandre orientale + west Antwerpen

3.         North Limbourg + East Antwerpen

4.         South Limbourg + Brabant flamand

5.         Bruxelles + East Hainaut

6.         Brabant wallon + Namur

7.         Liège + Luxembourg

You don’t necessarily need a FMCG background – we’ll teach you all you need to know about selling and our categories.  You will manage your stores and ensure we deliver and exceed annual business and individual targets in your area. Working our assortments, make our innovations a big success, distributing our products in shelf and off shelf in all the channels (retail and proximity customers).  At Kellogg’s, we work every day to leverage our key marketing initiatives and optimize all tools available in point of sales. Working on the field is not only selling products, but also building strong partnerships with your regional clients to step change customer engagement & to deliver the best results for Kellogg’s in line with our vision & strategy.




Attitude is vital. It’s about working smart: taking responsibility & accountability, challenging yourself, analysing how you can improve and ensure that every action you take are value driven. You’ll be influencing customers, building relationships and generating sales in our biggest accounts to help us all win.


  • You have a University Degree in Business, Marketing or Communication.
  • A first experience in Sales (preferably in FMCG) is a plus, not a must have.
  • On top, you have strong initiative, analytical & communication skills, excellent team working abilities and the determination to continue achieving and learning.
  • You can demonstrate fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
  • You have a positive attitude towards challenge and changes.
  • You have a valid driving license (B).
