Title: Senior Financial Analyst
As Senior Financial Analyst, you will serve as a key Financial lead on any New Product Development projects and be responsible for P&L (Profit and Loss) roll up, analysis of product volume, pricing and cost to drive profit and margin improvement/growth. You will support strategies to drive increased profitability, process efficiency, reduced costs, and overall business improvement.

You will pair your clear communication skills with financial planning and analysis best practices to help business partners throughout the organization understand financial results and complex reports. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Complex Analysis – In this role you’ll have a firm focus on performing complex analysis as well as generating models to support strategic initiatives, such as, but not limited to margin improvement analysis, portfolio optimization, annual operating plans, cost analysis and more! You will be involved with the explanation of deviations between actual vs. expected results. We’re looking for someone who has a passion for analytics and innovation – we want it to bring out the tiger in you!
- Partnerships – We believe in collaboration! You’ll interact with Commercial Finance, Portfolio Marketing, Supply Chain, and other business partners to help ensure we are meeting expectations, lead collaborative, all-inclusive strategic meetings where you will be the key lead to deliver the financial story to the leadership team and help make right business decisions. We value your insights and will look to you to provide strategic, analytical, and problem-solving support, along with presenting your findings and recommendations.
- Scrutinizing Business Data – Perform complex economic and financial research and analyses as assigned for use in financial business decisions and development of business strategies. Your technical skills will produce sharp insights that the competition will wish they thought of!
- Managing Special Projects – Lead the completion of ad-hoc questions, issues and projects to help us create better mornings for more customers. We’ll look to you to review and translate assumptions to financial budgets or forecasts for review by management.
- Offering Nimble Guidance – You will help identify ways to close gaps and meets challenges as you provide budgeting and forecasting updates. You will ensure timely and accurate monthly financial closing and reporting that facilitates the submission of key results and reviews to global and business unit leadership.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance/Business related field and/or significant related work experience; Master’s Degree is a plus
- Minimum 3 years work experience as a Financial Analyst
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Proficient knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and other financial planning systems is a plus
- Attention to detail and strong analytical, decision making, and communication skills
- Experience with SAP-specific financial planning systems
- Pivots and large data manipulation ability a plus
