Title: Revenue Growth & Category Analyst Intern
HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You will be working in the Revenue Growth Management & Category Team for the Benelux market (based in Zaventem, Belgium), working on key business project such as:
- Facilitating the implementation of the commercial strategy:
- Support the category managers in building the category and portfolio recommendations
- Supporting the sales teams (account managers & field sales) on key argumentation & tools
- Follow-up and analysis of key indicators of the category in order to help the implementation of the commercial strategy
- Follow-up and analysis of the performance of the Kellogg’s portfolio and competitors
- Update the tools used by the Category management and Revenue Growth management team
- Help build assortment and merchandising recommendations for customers and follow-up the implementation of those projects
- Develop argumentation for Field sales team & clients
- Participate to the building of future category & promotional plans:
- Understand the Benelux market and its trends to define assortment growth levers and the promotional strategy
- Build a recommendation on assortment changes and promotional planning to bring growth
- Support the team on the development of the commercial assumptions and take care of the set up of new promotional items and innovations (Pricing, volume assumptions, SKU creation, … )
- Follow up of in-market performance of innovations & promotions
- Set up & update of critical business dashboards

- Fluent in English – French & Dutch are a plus
- Adaptability and team spirit
- Excel & Powerpoint proficiency, IRI/ NIELSEN knowledge is highly appreciated
- Curiosity & willingness to learn
- A first experience in an analytical position
